Shuffle Club

“Fun venue for a team outing. Pizzas, beer, wine, Prosecco and soft drinks along with 2 hrs of shuffleboard. The package was perfect for our team of 17. Servers were around all of the time to take drink orders. The pizzas came out fast and were hot. Thought the pizzas lacked flavor which might just be my taste. Everyone was nice and the games were fun. In a great neighborhood for after event drinks and nightlife.”

“I’ve been to the Shuffle Club before for my birthday and it was great. The food was great and the atmosphere and people working there were lovely. My husband and I recently decided to go to the bottomless brunch with some friends, however a week before our brunch, my husband became unwell and so I contacted customer service to see if we could switch the date. Faye from customer service promptly responded to me and helped me to change the date. She was so accommodating and kind. I honestly wasn’t expecting a reply so quickly. I was expecting to be ignored or rejected because so much customer service is like that these days unfortunately. But Faye showed true customer service. It doesn’t take a lot for a company to be kind and caring towards their customers but so many choose not to be like this. Faye is amazing and she deserves a raise, or a spring time bonus, or employee of the month, whatever employee recognition you do at Shuffle Club - Faye deserves it, and she needs to teach other companies how to provide better customer service. Thank you so much Faye for helping me and being so understanding, I truly appreciate it and can’t wait to come back to the Shuffle Club.”

“Fun place to come with friends for a bit of shuffleboard play. It gets really busy and loud when it’s after work so it’s advisable to book. We booked a little later after the rush. My friends were a bit late but they still started the timer for earlier meaning we lost out on 15 mins. I get this when it’s busy as there’s probably another booking after but at the time we were playing there was no one there so we were a bit annoyed they weren’t slightly flexible. Especially when you stay for the expensive drinks too. The guy literally comes along as you’re finishing up to smooth down the area. It was a bit awkward.”
